With over two decades of experience shaping the commercial real estate landscape, Anil brings a proven track record in leading leasing, sales, marketing and P&L functions across 21 landmark projects spanning over 18 million sq. ft. His expertise lies in elevating asset positioning to consistently arrive at price points and commercial terms that serve both client priorities and asset value.

Anil possesses a deep, end-to-end understanding of the commercial real estate lifecycle, from development and market strategy to lease execution and operational management, guided by a nuanced appreciation of regional market dynamics. Having partnered with top office space occupiers across IT, NBFC, retail, and FMCG sectors, he has built enduring relationships with large multinational, domestic corporates, as well as international and domestic property consultants, leveraging strong network of legal and technical advisors.

With his extensive experience across key geographies in India, he has honed his ability to navigate evolving industry trends and economic cycles with agility. Before joining MAIA Estates, Anil held leadership roles and worked for prominent institutional asset owners, sovereign organisations, and PE AIFs, including Ascendas (now CapitaLand), DLF, Kotak, and DMI.

Drawing on nearly 2 decades of experience in design and brand building, Sanaa merges creativity with strategic insight to shape Maia’s distinct identity. With a Business degree from NIFT, a postgraduate degree in luxury marketing from The London School of Arts, she went on to create the popular accessories brand, Nomada, that retailed globally.

She has also worked with some of the largest companies in India to design and manufacture corporate merchandise on a large scale. As Creative Director at Maia Estates, she oversees marketing strategy, visual communications, interior design and CSR activities. Her holistic approach drives innovative and high quality outcomes, focused on design and creativity.

Armed with an MBA from Pune University and a specialisation in Infrastructure Management from ISB Hyderabad, he adeptly aligns sales initiatives with nuanced market demands. His experiences at TATA Housing and Raffles Residency honed his capacity for market expansion, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
